Création d'Émilie is a fine Châteauneuf (aka France's richest red) from the sunny southern Rhone Valley. It hails from one of the oldest, continuously family-run estates in the region. Critic Robert Parker has called their wines 'Châteauneuf at its most seductive.' Tasting Notes: Full-bodied red with aromas of cherry and blackberry, edged by wild herb and spice. The palate is balanced and fruit driven, with dark berry flavors. Velvety tannins introduce a long finish. Food Pairings: Red meats, roasted turkey, pork and barbecue.
