2022 Fiji RP70 ANACS First Strike Morgan and Peace Dollar 6-Coin Set In 2021, the United States Mint release 5 Morgan Dollars (one representing each mint that produced Morgan Dollars) and one Peace Dollar. These coins sold out instantaneously upon release. Since this program was such a success, the United States Mint announced that it would release a 2022 Morgan Dollar Proof coin and 2022 Peace Dollar Proof coin. During 2022, the United States Mint encountered a shortage of silver coin blanks due to supply issues. They were even unable to produce the quantity of silver eagles that were demanded. The United States Mint was forced to cancel these coins from the production schedule. The country of Fiji stepped up and produced their own 2022 Morgan and Peace Dollars in an incredible Reverse Proof finish just for collectors. This is that set with the First Strike certification.
