First the real wood top layer is glued to the substrate with a superior polyurethane adhesive, then 2 coats of water proof penetrating wood sealer are applied, after that 3 coats of aluminum oxide and anti-scratch LED finish are applied. Finally, 2 coats of matte finish LED cured top coat urethane finish to complete the process.
