The Otto Grill combines German engineering with elegant, innovative product design for maximum ease of use. Centerpiece of the Otto Grill are 2 ceramic infrared gas burners, which are easily ignited with piezo igniters and emit radiant infra-red heat from the top. As a result, the temperature is evenly distributed on the surface of your meat, as opposed to conventional bottom heat, where uniform grilling results are often disturbed by falling fat drops and meat juices. The infrared gas units are separately adjustable, so that grilling is even possible at low temperatures or alternatively only 1-burner unit can be used. The spacious, height-adjustable grill grate provides enough space for all common cuts, even for the largest Porterhouse, T-Bone Steaks or Tomahawks. Color: Stainless.
