The JENSEN JCR-212 AM/FM Alarm Clock Radio is a simple, sleek design that is produced using bio-plastics. The unit features digital PLL Tuning and a large easy-to-read 1.8 in. white LED display with a high-low dimmer switch. Fall asleep listening to the radio, wake up to your favorite station or a traditional alarm and get a little more sleep when you need it with an easy-to-locate snooze button. The unique feature of the JCR-212 is that the main part of the cabinet is made using bio-plastic that includes materials derived from plants and other renewable materials. Bio-plastics vs. products made using 100% petroleum based materials help reduce fossil fuel use, lessen the carbon footprint of the conventional products they replace, and, in aggregate use, may mitigate the effects of climate change.
