The bloom times make it an excellent plant to show in your front yard. It has dark green foliage which emerges coppery-bronze in spring. The small glossy oval leaves turn an outstanding coppery-bronze in the autumn giving it excellent fall color.The creamy white flowers will light up any landscape and the foliage color stays green year-round. Following the flowers are bright red fruit or red berries that attract birds and other wildlife. This dwarf shrub is a native plant from North America and commonly seen in areas of the South including Florida, South Carolina, and Georgia.Mrs. Schiller's is also an excellent specimen or foundation plant.
