The Scallop Valance is constructed with a 3 in. rod pocket, decorative 2 in. header and trimmed corded hem. A natural colored liner is added for additional light blocking abilities. Width is measured overall 70 in., length is measured overall 15 in. from stitch above rod pocket to bottom hem. For wider windows simply add multiple valances together.
