Milk Street's 2-drawer nightstand comes standard with a motion sensitive LED light in its top drawer. Light turns on automatically when you open the drawer and turns off after drawer has been closed for 15 seconds to save power. This drawer light uses 2 easily changeable AAA batteries. In addition to our high quality, soft close drawer glides, the nightstand also comes standard with our favorite feature, an undermount nightlight! This soft, light offers three levels of brightness so you can feed or see to move around the nursery without waking your little one. If used alongside an adult bed, you can read or work without disturbing your partner. The nightstand's electrical cord is conveniently housed in the back of the case which was designed with room for cord storage when not in use. It plugs into a standard electrical outlet. Our nightstand also comes with a convenient USB port on its backside so mom/dad/grandparent can charge their phone while rocking baby or getting that much needed sleep. Our nightstand also works great as a side table next to your glider/rocker in the nursery. In addition to a USB port, we've included an electrical outlet to warm a bottle or to plug in a humidifier.
