It features 0.35% of Carbon for a durable, razor-sharp edge and 16% of Chromium to guarantee perfect resistance to corrosion. The blade is hardened to the sweet spot of 56HRC. Itâs hard enough to offer excellent resistance against edge wear and deformation, and soft enough to allow for easy re-sharpening. Itâs the perfect balance between the two! It also preserves the bladeâs flexibility and forgiveness for outstanding toughness against chipping.
