Seven rows of three circles each sit atop a background of warm beige in this textile designed by the revered Dutch designer Verner Panton. As though cast in bright light, each circle contrasts against the backdrop in shades of beige, some almost white and some a rich chestnut brown. Panton was known for designing not just individual textiles or furniture but entire living spaces meant to seamlessly fuse function with aesthetics.
