The Packing list envelope measuring 4 1/2" x 6" is printed with "Packing List Enclosed" text and has a fluorescent orange face. Envelope made of durable 2-mil poly features hot melt adhesive backing, sold as 1000 per case. Dimensions: 4 1/2" x 6".
