Equipped with a 1 pound iron chain lead per foot, which reduces the size of the spray when the net is thrown into the water, and makes the net sink quickly in the water..Cast nets meshes are standard 3/8 inches (from knot to knot). Regular meshes help catch as many bait species as possible. Thick and long polyethylene hand rope brings cast nets to the farther and larger water areas..Cast nets are connected with hand rope by 2.25 inches long stainless steel swivel which provides the best haul and sink for the nets.
