COUNTLESS USES: 550B-04 is designed for sealing seams, flashing curbs and making repairs on metal, single ply, EPDM, and most TPO and PVC surfaces. Other uses include sealing ductwork, trailers, mobile homes, trucks, gutters, skylights, concrete, gypsum boards, plastic, glass, wood, asphalt, Plexiglas and most common building materials.EASY APPLICATION: 550B can easily be applied by simply peeling off the release liner and adhering it to a clean surface. Press down firmly with a cloth pad, finger pressure or roller making sure the tape stays conformed to the roof surface as you smooth out the tape on the surface. Tape should be free of fishmouths and tunnels. Edges, including end laps, should be sealed after installation.HIGH TEMP SEALANT: 550B self-sealing tape is composed of highly-adhesive, high-temperature butyl rubber sealant with an protective aluminum film to strengthen and protect the seal (35 mils thick).UV RESISTANT & FLEXIBLE: 550B is composed of UV Resistant material meaning it remains strong even after long periods of exposure to the sun and other outdoor elements. 550B highly adhesive bond stays flexible in a wide range of applications and temperatures.BONDS IMMEDIATELY: 550B bonds immediately and can be painted over - Bonds to solvent and acrylic based coatings & paints
