When first receiving your Manila Rope, it is to be expected that there may be a natural oil smell arising from it. It should dissipate over time..DO’S & DON’TS: When cutting the rope we suggest wrapping a 2 inch long section of the rope, where you are going to cut, with either masking or electrical tape. This is due to the rope’s tendency to untwist when being cut. Because of the nature of this rope being treated with oil, it is not pet friendly if an animal comes in contact with it. When your project is completed, we advise you to store the rope in a dry room with proper ventilation..VARIOUS SIZE: Choose between lengths of 50 feet, 100 feet, 300 feet, 600 feet, or 1,200 feet.
