Drop the front end of your 49'-54' Chevy half ton truck with this new 3" drop axle, measures 50-1/2" Kingpin center to center.The center portion of the axle is made of 2" DOM tubing while the ends are CNC milled for solid steel adding strength where you need it.Axle accepts a 1-3/4" wide spring with spring pad center-to-center measurement at 26-3/4".Center to center of u-bolt holes is 2.30" side to side, front to rear is 3.195", spring pad width is 29.072" center to center of the outer U-bolt holes.The dropped axle will require the tie rod and drag link to be modified
