MIX water with 1 pouch Southwest Style Chicken Seasoning and tomato paste in a bowl until combined. PLACE meat and vegetables in slow cooker; pour sauce over. COVER and COOK on low 6 hours. Remove chicken and shred; discard skin and bones. Return meat to slow cooker, heat on low 30 minutes before serving. Tortilla Soup: Add 1/2 - 1 cup more water and top with tortilla strips, cheese and sour cream.
