The steel shaft extender fits into the butt of an existing steel shaft and underneath the grip to extend the golf club length..Fits steel golf shafts with a 0.580" outside butt diameter.Each golf club extension is double butted and will extend two golf clubs.Use high-strength golf club epoxy to install the steel shaft extension into the butt end of the steel golf shaft; Allow to thoroughly cure before re-gripping the golf club.Do not extend a steel-shafted golf club (except a putter) more than 2 inches; These are not intended for graphite shaft extensions
