Step 1: Micro-Sculpt Refillable Brow Pencil: Using the spoolie, groom through brows to reveal any gaps and brush them into place. Using the pencil sideways, start at the base of your brows at the front and outline your shape. Turn the pencil and use the angle to shape the thinner parts of your arch and tail. Use the pencil vertically and create fine, sharp hair-like strokes through your brow. Brush through your brows with the spoolie to blend and soften.
