Cooking delicious, golden brown fried turkeys has never been easier with this turkey basket, paired with your Cajun Fryer. This sturdy, carbon steel basket can hold one turkey or two chickens. Simply inject your bird with your favorite marinade, place it in the basket and slowly lower your poultry into the fryer by the convenient handle. We recommend cooking turkey for 3 1/2 minutes per pound and chicken for 7 minutes per pound. When your meat is ready, slowly lift basket up and allow the excess oil to drain. This basket is only to be used with 6 and 8. 5 gallon fryers.
