You will receive a call from a third party service to schedule the delivery of your new mattress. Delivery includes mattress set up in the room of your choice and haul away of all trash and old mattress, if needed. If used with a foundation, be sure to use a bed frame that provides rigid center support, as well as support for the head, foot and sides. Failure to do so may void the warranty. If used without a foundation (e.g. with a platform bed), add a solid platform on top of any open slatted mattress support system in which the spaces between the slats are greater than 2". Failure to do so may cause damage and void the warranty.
