Bear in mind that your open box product may not contain cables, adaptors, manuals, CDs, drivers, etc. Additionally, the product may exhibit cosmetic imperfections as a result of its having been previously opened. Get the convenience and advanced monitoring features of an IP-based video security system without replacing your older analog cameras and cables using this 4-Channel Realtime NextGen Analog DVR from Monoprice! This NextGen DVR is designed to connect to standard analog video cameras using BNC/coaxial connections, so you don't have to replace your existing HD-TVI or analog cameras and cabling. Each of the four channels supports dual streaming, with the main stream supporting the full 720p resolution and the substream supporting up to WD1/960H resolution. Additionally, each channel can be configured for a different resolution, frame rate, bit rate, image quality, etc. The DVR can be connected to one or more monitors using either the HDMI or VGA video interface, each of which supports display resolutions up to 1920x1080p. The Live view can display 1, 2, or 4 channels, the display sequence is fully customizable, and individual views can be shielded to prevent public viewing of a camera location. It supports motion detection, video tampering detection, video exception alarm, and video loss alarm functions and includes the ability to create custom privacy masks. It includes a 1TB hard drive, so you can hook it up and start using it right out of the box. The internal drive can be replaced with a drive up to 4TB in size and up to eight NAS drives, or seven NAS and one IP SAN drives, can be connected for additional storage capacity. In addition to full local control, the DVR can be fully managed from a remote location using a web accessible interface, including the ability to remotely lock out local mouse or remote control access. Recordings can be remotely viewed, managed, and backed up as well.
