Adjusts moisture levels in the drawer to help retain the flavor and texture of different foods. The Dry Setting lets steam escape, great for baked goods and fried foods. The Moist Setting seals in moisture, great for egg dishes, roasts, and vegetables. Can be placed front-to-back or side-to-side to accommodate cookware in a variety of shapes and sizes.
