The arm also adds an additional rise, perfect for low-to-the-ground vehicle hitch tubes, and providing clearance for the spare tire. It's compatible with class III and IV hitches, and includes spring pin handles to easily fold the carrier, two retractable tie-downs to secure your powered wheelchair, and a water-resistant cover to protect your power chair during transport. Please note: Power chairs should not be occupied when loading, unloading, or on the carrier.
