It's compatible with class iii and iv hitches and includes spring pin handles to easily fold the carrier, two retractable tie-downs to secure your scooter, and a water-resistant cover to protect your scooter during transport. Please note: scooters should not be occupied when loading, unloading, or on the carrier.
