This blended rubber sheet, Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer, provides very good resistance to weathering, ozone and UV exposure. It is highly recommended for applications where the elastomer will have excessive exposure to the environment. EPDM makes a great hanger flap, roof pad, or outdoor industrial rubber curtain. It provides very good chemical resistance and dynamic properties. E.P.D.M. blended material is considered a non-oil resistant material. This flexible EPDM roll products offers good pliability and elasticity. The EPDM rubber (blend) has a minimum tensile strength of 725 PSI (5 MPA) and acts as an Ideal EPDM gasket material, weighing 1.25 lbs. per square foot in 1/8 thick and 55-65 Durometer. Our EDPM black rubber sheet is sold in rubber strips and offers excellent outdoor life that is highly recommended for UV-resistant use.
