This hardware kit requires 6-in clearance from the top of the door to the ceiling when the door is placed on ground level. All the tracks are pre-drilled with 16-in spacing. Tracks 8-ft and under are one single track, and tracks 9-ft and above are connected by two tracks; therefore, the spacing between the holes in the connecting section may not be 16-in.
