This set of laminated onion root tip flash cards was designed to support the College Board-developed AP Biology Investigative Lab 7: Cell Division: Mitosis and Meiosis. These cards offer your students an excellent opportunity to perform the chi-square goodness of fit test with both treated and untreated samples, allowing them to conduct their own investigations of the two treatments. Set includes 32 discretely labeled, 5-1/2 x 4-1/4" cards; 16 samples treated with kidney bean lectin (a mitogen); and 16 untreated samples. These full-color cards are laminated for durability and coated to allow students to use dry-erase markers during counting. Includes teacher instructions.
