Mustard Seeds - Mibuna - Green Spray - Hybrid. Non-GMO. Brassica rapa var. japonica. Also known as mibuna. 30-40 days. Cool season annual. This Japanese hybrid mibuna variety produces a cluster of long, narrow, rounded dark green leaves. It will tolerate cool temperatures. Prefers mild and cool temperatures. Prepare fertile, well-drained soil. Sow seeds in spring after last frost or late summer/early fall. Avoid hot summer planting for best results. Sow seeds every 2 weeks for continuous harvest. Keep soil moist. Fertilize as needed. Suitable for harvesting both as young and mature greens. Used for pickling, salad and steaming, this crisp Japanese green has a mild mustard flavor. Delicious lightly cooked and seasoned with soy sauce, sesame oil and a little vinegar. Apx. 7500 seeds an ounce.
