The Pop Up Towing Fifth Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter enables an easy connection between the gooseneck trailer and the fifth wheel of the truck. This gooseneck-to-kingpin adapter converts the fifth wheel hitch into a gooseneck ball by simply locking the king pin into the fifth wheel. This adapter has a solid 2" kingpin with a 1/2" thick x 10" dia. bolster plate. The 2-5/16" ball and kingpin are rated for 30, 000 lbs. The product is plated to provide a durable lasting finish. NOTESAlways block your fifth wheel plate to keep it from tilting/articulating. Not locking/blocking the 5th wheel head adds excessive force/stress that could damage the adapter and cause failure. You may have to adjust the main coupler tube height on your gooseneck trailer to allow the trailer to ride level when towing.
