The Sunstone small vent is perfect for ensuring you have adequate safety and air flow in and around your gas grill outdoor kitchen island. As it is recommended to install a minimum of 2 vents for each appliance installation, making sure you install vent panels every 4 ft. to 6 ft. to prevent any gases from building up and providing several escape routes for excess heat buildup inside the island. Also, the type of gas you are using depends on where you need to install each vent panel. If using natural gas (NG), make sure to install each vent panel as high as possible on the island as natural gas rises.
