With support for 10-bit 4:2:2 and 4:4:4 or even 12-bit color spaces, the KONA 5 PCIe Card delivers pristine imagery. It offers the flexibility to ingest and output with 12G/6G/3G-SDI and monitor with a full-size HDMI 2.0 port. The bidirectional 12G-SDI ports provide immense flexibility for capture and simultaneous pass-through, and with the right software, you can achieve multi-channel capture and streaming. For HDR workflows, this PCIe card supports HDR10 and HLG for rich color delivery over HDMI 2.0. It boasts 4x bidirectional 12G-SDI spigots and a Reference Input directly on the card bracket. The 4x HDBNC SDI connections can be used in various configurations to support your creative needs. The KONA 5 PCIe Card comes with a breakout cable that offers extensive connectivity for AES, RS-422 control support, and Reference. It also includes 5x HDBNC to full-size BNC "pigtails" for out-of-the-box compatibility with your SDI infrastructure. With HDR compatibility, this PCIe card delivers a wider and richer range of colors, brighter whites, and deeper blacks. It supports HLG and HDR10 with HDR Infoframe metadata, in accordance with HDMI2.0a/CTA-861.3 and HD. The KONA 5 PCIe Card allows you to connect your digital sources via 12G-SDI for capture to a wide variety of formats. You can monitor via HDMI 2.0 output and master to destinations using high-quality professional SDI outputs, machine control, and analog or tri-level reference. This PCIe card can be locked to an external reference for integration into larger productions or feed LTC in and out to ensure the proper timecode. It also supports AR with Unreal Engine 4.22, allowing you to capture real-time footage over SDI from high-quality cameras and combine it with your virtual environment. The built-in hardware downstream keyer allows graphics and images up to 4K/Ultra HD to be overlaid on the input video in real-time. With support for macOS, Windows, and Linux, the KONA 5 10-Bit PCIe Card offers incredible 4K and multi-channel power for a wide range of creative applications.
