Induction-ready cookware works with your induction stove, electric stove and gas stove for fast, even heating. Handling instructions: Use only metal safe detergents. For heavily soiled conditions presoak in hot water and soap. Do not use in dishwasher, must be hand washed. Do not scour or scrape the outside color, only the inside may be scoured. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. This may scratch the enamel finish. Do not stack your pots or pans; it may create metal marks on the finish. Do not bang them against each other, scratches may occur. Use on induction, electric or gas stoves. When using on open flame (gas) never let the flame touch the sides of the color. Classic Country French pans may go in the oven up to 350 degrees. Never use Classic Country French collection empty, this will over heat the pan and cause damage.
