For heavily soiled conditions presoak in hot water and soap. Do not use in the dishwasher, must be hand washed. Do not scour or scrape the outside color, only the inside may be scoured. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. This may scratch the enamel finish. Do not stack your pots or pans, it may create metal marks on the finish. Do not bang them against each other, scratches may occur. Use on induction, electric, or gas stoves. When using an open flame (gas) never let the flame touch the sides of the color.
