Faraway clouds float overhead faster than we think, and when that happens we dig through our pack for the Black Diamond Stormline Stretch Rain Shell. Its BD. dry laminate is completely waterproof and breathable enough for the ascent, and the stretchy fabric moves with us up the mountain. Black Diamond gusseted the shell's fit so we can climb without the harness pulling up and over our harness, and each underarm also features DWR-treated zippers that provide ventilation when you get warm.
