You can wear it for an hour a day or even as long as overnight and YES you will feel it in the morning. Which means it's WORKING ,, Just give the toe tool a chance for 2 weeks and you will feel a noticeable difference..This has been the best alternative to the last resort which is surgery, And has helped thousands of people relieve the tension of crooked toes. It's made mostly for the second toe but the 3 sizes it comes with can be used on other toes.
