It features a open span 2Nd floor loft with 7-ft 1-in headroom and first floor wall height of 8-ft 1-in with 7-ft 5-in headroom. 8-Ft wide barn doors are included along with loft doors to provide additional access to loft. Interior access to loft is provided by the included staircase, which can be positioned on left or right side walls. The Roanoke is a kit that the homeowner is to frame and assemble in the field. Windows and walk-in doors can be purchased from your local Lowe's store and installed during construction. First floor deck or foundation are purchased separately by the homeowner.
