Use the grinder-buffer for metal fabrication and tool sharpening, and then for deburring, weld cleaning and polishing to prep materials for finishing. The dual-spindle Baldor 8-inch bench grinder has a two-pole, single-phase motor that puts out 0.75 hp with 4.8 Amps at 115V and 2.4 Amps at 230V. A 3,600-rpm rating provides plenty of grinding speed for working with any metal or alloy. The industrial grinder-buffer comes with a 36-grit abrasive wheel and a wire-brush wheel of crimped, carbon-steel strands. The Baldor bench grinder protects your face and clothing with spark arrestors, eyeshields and wheel guards that open to exhaust metal filings and particles. Cast-iron tool rests give you the proper angles for sharpening or polishing specific pieces. The Baldor industrial bench grinder and buffer puts out little vibration with its rubber base and comes with an 8-foot cord for a 115V connection.
