The LCG5S is a 30-in. Wide four-burner gas cooktop designed and manufactured in Italy for the modern home chef. The unique space-saving design allows it to fit 22-in. W x 18.88-in. D countertop cutouts, allowing you to add a fifth burner to a space normally limited to just four. This unit is set for natural gas but includes an LP kit for after market conversion. Constructed from 304 grade stainless steel, the LCG5S features a 12, 700 BTU power burner with a dual ring flame, conveniently located on the side to better hold larger cookware. Two 6, 000 BTU burners accommodate most standard cooking needs, and a 3, 400 BTU simmer burner allows you to cook sauce and other sensitive items. The cast iron grates comes with a removable wok ring, ideal for ensuring more even heating of larger pans. This cooktop includes upfront designer style round knobs, adding a touch of modern elegance to the design. Additional choices are available with one, two, and four burners from Summit Appliance.
