White Egg Turnip Seeds. White Egg turnip is extremely fast growing. Medium-green 17 inch tops. White egg turnip is a long time favorite in the South where it is know for its reliability and fine flavor. The roots are of course "egg shaped", with white flesh that is fine grained, sweet, tender and mild. Root size is 3-4 x 2-3 inch diameter. Very similar to the popular "Hakurei" variety of turnips.
