1.Please add Lift Gate Service to your cart if your truck freight shipping order is going to a residential address or a rural area so that it may be unloaded..2.If you are able to have your order shipped to a business address with a loading dock or forklift you do not need to select this option..3.Please be noted that the lift gate service charges are charged directly by the carriers; you can either ask the carrier to bill you directly or you can pay us and we will add this service for you..4.Lift gate service does not obligate Carrier to unload freight. Carrier will transfer freight to the top of the lift gate or off the trailer, at which time delivery is complete. If equipment is used, consignee must unload freight. Carrier will not be liable for damage occurring during unloading after delivery is complete, even if Carrier's driver unloads or assists with unloading.
