The rouge brings on a soft glow of sheer color wherever you need it, in an on-the-go mirrored compact. What it does: The rouge adds a just-pinched natural blush to cheeks and softly stained sheer tint to lips. It can go anywhere in a take-along mirrored flip-top pot compact. How to use: To use the rouge as a cheek tint, press blush onto apples of cheeks with fingertips or the Full Coverage Face Makeup Brush (sold separately), blending out and down toward your hairline. To use the rouge as a lip color, apply with your fingertips or a Lip Brush (sold separately) for a soft, stain-like tint. Press onto your lips instead of your lipstick.
