The Lunar Series Form No. 601 Semi-Flush features a seeded glass shade. The bubbles are added by hand and add to the pieces' unique nature. It is reminiscent of the moon's surface and has an effervescent quality to it. This design works well in many different styles of décor including, traditional, transitional, beach style, or contemporary, and is perfect as a single sconce or to coordinate with our other pieces. This piece is the smallest of our 600 series. Mounting: Our eco-friendly semi-flush lights are well suited for installation over a kitchen island or sink, dining room table, and bathroom vanities. Each light is line voltage and designed for hardwiring into a standard junction box. All hardware is UL and/or ETL listed unless otherwise specified. Each purchase comes with a fully dimmable 4W LED bulb.
