The Blackhawk Quick Release Medical Pouch attaches to S.T.R.I.K.E. or PALS/MOLLE platforms by weaving the integral straps on the back of the pouch in and out of the platform webbing; and the pouch can be configured to wear on a belt. A quick release buckle disconnects the medical pouch quickly in emergencies. A red handle and zipper pulls identify the pouch to contain medical supplies.
