Our easy pho kit takes about 1 hour to prepare and cook. (1) Place beef (not included - we recommend beef ribs & beef brisket!) in a pot and fill with 4 quarts of water. (2) Cover the pot with a lid and bring to a boil. (3) Add in the herb bag, fish sauce, and salt. (4) Boil for 10 minutes then lower to medium heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes. (5) Skim the fat and strain the broth to remove any impurities and it’s ready to go!.MEET THE FAMILY.
