Because there is so much of tea, an innovative Kyoto tea merchant thought to combine the two staples of the Japanese diet, bringing Genmaicha into existence. And for that we are thankful..Tea is only as good as the water it is brewed in. Use filtered water as needed. Use one teaspoon for each cup of tea desired.
