A VELCRO® closure keeps the wallet securely enclosed. Index cards are made of tinted, 100-lb Rite in the Rain paper. Universal ruling on the front helps keep your notes aligned. The back is blank. All-weather clicker pen with black ink and a metal barrel provides reliable writing power in the elements. Pen is designed to write upside down when needed.
