This ready-to-hang, gallery-wrapped art piece features an illustration of a chicken pig, and cow. Prominent colors: white, tan, and gray art has always been a passion for Melissa since she was a child. Growing up in Moundsville, West Virginia she moved to Pittsburgh, PA to attend and graduate from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in 1990 with a degree in Graphic Design. She relocated to Houston, TX in 1998 where she now works and resides. Giclee (jee-clay) is an advanced printmaking process for creating high-quality fine art reproductions. The attainable excellence that Giclee printmaking affords makes the reproduction virtually indistinguishable from the original piece. The result is the wide acceptance of Giclee by galleries, museums, and private collectors. Gallery wrap is a method of stretching an artist's canvas so that the canvas wraps around the sides and is secured in a hidden, wooden frame.
