Neutral Salt Spray I' by Victoria Borges. Victoria Borges grew up knewing she was destined to be an artist. Originally from Germany, she spent her early years traveling between continents until finally landing in the United States. She earned a BFA in Communication Arts and Design from Virginia Commonwealth University, with an emphasis on illustration. Her art spans a variety of mediums, ranging from digital illustration to collage, to acrylic paint.
