A genuine JFK Half Dollar is colorized using a special ink process with the image of Santa hanging stockings. The JFK Half Dollar was first minted in 1964 and is currently only minted for collectors. The JFK Half Dollar was designed by Gilroy Roberts and Frank Gasparro. The coin and the story of the Christmas stocking are housed in a protective wallet display 4 x 6 inch portfolio. Mint marks and years will vary. A Certificate of Authenticity is included.
