KangaRhu Rhubarb represents a breeding breakthrough in terms of color, flavor and performance. When cooked, its deep red stalks turn a brilliant red color, with none of the green or pink hues often found in other rhubarbs. In our taste tests, flavorful KangaRhu was an easy winner.
